Role of Sponsor Teachers
Sponsor Teachers are mandatory for delegates wishing to stay at the hotel. Once the Head Delegate of your school has registered with us, he or she will receive an email with more information from our USG-Delegate Affairs, Hendson Szeto. This email will also ask for a confirmation reply that must be answered before delegates may begin registering.For delegations of at 6 or more students, sponsor teachers may apply for a subsidy that will cover their stay at the hotel for a single occupancy room during the weekend of the conference. Please note that this subsidy is only available to teachers that do not have any other sources of funding to cover their accommodation costs at ConnectMUN 2011.

Role of Head Delegates
While each delegate registers individually, students will decide upon a head delegate for their school. This individual will act as a liaison in hotel room distribution and in facilitating communication with sponsor teachers. Closer to the conference date, they will receive a list of hotel rooms so that delegates can fill out their preferences, subject to room availability. At the conference, the Head Delegate will be responsible for relaying important information from the secretariat to their delegation.Hotel Assignments
For your comfort, single, double, triple and quadruple occupancy rooms are available at varying costs. Please bear in mind that co-ed rooms are strictly prohibited—male and female delegates may not share a room together. Further sorting of rooming assignments will be made by the Head Delegates and USG of Delegate Affairs.Payment
Payment marks the completion of registration. Countries and hotel rooms will not be assigned until registration is completed and payment has been received. There are two payment options. For faster processing and your convenience, we encourage the use of credit cards with online PayPal payments. Otherwise, mailed cheques following completed online registration will also be accepted. Any withdrawals or cancellations made before October 29, 2011 will result in a $30 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after October 29, 2011.How to Register Your School
